US President Donald Trump says an American warship destroyed an Iranian drone within the Strait of Hormuz on Thursday. Trump accused Iran of “provocative and hostile” motion. He mentioned the drone posed a risk to an American naval vessel USS Boxer and was downed after repeated warnings have been ignored. Iranian Overseas Minister Zarif informed reporters that he had “no details about dropping a drone.”
